- (Teil)-Projektleitung bei der Erarbeitung einer kundenorientierten und länderübergreifenden Marketing POS Strategie für über 30 Länder
- Entwicklung von Konzepten zur Verankerung der Marketing Strategie am stationären POS
- Erarbeitung von Guidelines und Standards für die Kommunikation der Lidl Brand, unserer Eigenmarken sowie Themenwelten und Aktionen am stationären POS
- Durchführung von Wettbewerbsanalysen, internen Analysen und Stakeholder-Analysen sowie die Aufbereitung der Ergebnisse in Management-Präsentationen
- Koordination und Kommunikation mit internen Schnittstellen sowie externen Dienstleistern zur Steuerung von Projekten
- Berufserfahrung idealerweise im FMCG-Umfeld im POS Marketing oder Vertrieb oder Erfahrung in einer POS Agentur
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Affinität zu Kreativität und Gestaltung
- Eigenständige und umsetzungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung
- Koordinationsfähigkeit sowie gutes Stakeholder-Management
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse und Präsentations- sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Bereitschaft für eine Vor-Ort-Präsenz von 1-2 Tagen pro Woche
