Your Responsibilities

• Provide consulting and professional services for Office 365 and Azure to our clients
• Lead IT projects for our clients, including consultation, planning, implementation, and monitoring, with responsibility towards internal and external customers
• Administer, service, and support our heterogeneous IT infrastructure with a focus on the Microsoft Cloud
• Manage the migration and integration of existing solutions into the cloud
• Optimize and support IT systems and processes to meet growing demands in terms of performance, availability, and cost-effectiveness

Your Qualifications

• Educational background or degree in IT with relevant work experience
• Preferred experience with Microsoft O365 & Azure
• Strong analytical, pragmatic, and structured thinking and approach
• Confident and friendly demeanor with customer service experience
• Effective communication, teamwork, innovative thinking, and creativity
• Willingness to travel regionally (day trips) and proficiency in German and English
