    The Role:

    • Lead a successful, hard working HCM sales team focusing on accelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations, ensuring you attract and retain top talent.
    • Have an entrepreneurial leadership style, with full responsibility to lead, drive and deliver new HCM sales revenues across Applications Continental Europe.
    • Implement the Oracle Applications strategy throughout the territory, driving customer success.
    • Manage Rep performance through objectives, targets and with regular, transparent 1:1 feedback.
    • Develop long-term sustainable relations with senior-level customers and partners.
    • Collaborate with successful and supportive functions, enabling you and your team's success.

    What you'll bring:

    • Experience in leading sales teams in different countries
    • Excellent knowledge of the HCM ecosystem
    • Authorised to work in the country you're applying for
    • Fluent in English and another European local language is a plus
