Workshop Overview

Houlihan Lokey will be hosting our Women in Finance Workshop on 14th May, to give female university students a unique insight into our M&A, Debt Advisory, and Financial Restructuring teams.

This is a great opportunity for students to learn about the industry and Houlihan Lokey's culture and opportunities. You will hear from junior and senior representatives of the firm from our various divisions, including a number of our female representatives who will speak to you about their personal journey in the financial services industry and provide advice on entering the workforce, equipping you with a comprehensive understanding of the industry and our firm.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must be a graduating from a university in the DACH region in 2024, 2025, or 2026
• Must be studying a relevant degree subject - e.g. Finance, Business Administration, Economics
• Must be fluent (speaking, reading, and writing) in both German and English
• Some prior internship experience in the financial services industry
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Most importantly, we seek to attract dedicated, team-oriented candidates with a deep desire to win, a strong work ethic and a willingness to work hard to achieve the highest standards of performance
