    A&M's Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice focuses on serving upper middle market and large cap private equity firms who have engaged A&M to diligence potential acquisition targets in pre-deal situations as well as help improve operating results at their portfolio companies.

    Our area of expertise is integrated pre-deal due diligence assistance and supporting performing companies to deliver a growth strategy as well as supporting under-performing with a need to reorganize or take costs out.

    Working directly with company management, A&M helps stabilize financial and operational performance by developing and implementing comprehensive profitability and working capital improvement measures.

    As a Director(m/f/d) you will manage the following key responsibilities, supported by the European Private Equity Performance Improvement team:

    Value Creation Planning, Post-Merger Integration and Performance Improvement ImplementationIdentifying and validating performance improvement initiatives; creating implementation plans and leading implementation of initiatives alongside company managementLeading post deal projects including complex transformation processes as Carve outs or Post-Merger Integrations (PMI)

    Managing important work streams, including leading/mentoring junior A&M colleagues and client staff & owning key business processes to solve clients problemsContribute strongly to business development activity including developing successful pitches and selling, on from the initial diagnostic project phase into implementation workWorking closely with A&Ms European partnership group across Private Equity Performance Improvement to develop client focused go to market propositions and solutionsAt best you already have some relevant consulting experience and the following qualifications:

    Masters degree from an accredited university is essentialExperience in post deal transformation projectsRecent, relevant experience in delivering international change in operationsExperience and understanding of the private equity lifecycleLead holistic performance improvement projectsStrong analytical skillsFluency to a native level in both written and verbal English and German is essentialIf you want to be part of A&Ms success story and would like to grow in a dynamic environment, we are looking forward to your application.
