Axis Communications is looking for a strategic and creative Academy Program Manager to provide quality education and training to our partners and customers in EMEA.This role includes developing and executing an EMEA Academy Strategy including marketing plans that strengthen learning experiences before during after training across all touchpoints ensuring communication clearly focuses on learning outcomes value rather than administration logistics continuously exploring how to further evolve programs introducing new engagement formats such as digital badges interactive media competitions other learning tools in close collaboration with regional EMEA Sales Marketing Solution Engineering teams driving content development thought leadership coordinating creation educational content multiple formats including learning tracks technical clips webinars infographics blogs quizzes learner guides building clear learner journeys promoting certification pathways encouraging learner testimonials developing automated email journeys guide course selection promote new educational resources working cross-functionally Global HQ Head Regional Academy teams stakeholders ensure alignment messaging branding priorities execution acting voice EMEA drive regional priorities globally represent EMEA Academy councils help shape system IT tool development together Training Sales Marketing teams defining tracking KPIs use dashboards analytics measure engagement performance provide insights improve participation outcomes lead inspire support regional experts grow adoption drive alignment harmonize priorities foster unified focus WHO ARE YOU?
