- Durchführung von erstklassigen Trainings für unsere (internationalen) Kunden und Partner
- Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von innovativen, digitalen Trainingskonzepten und Schulungen
- Qualifizierung und Schulung von neuen und bestehenden Kollegen
- Mitarbeit beim weiteren Auf- und Ausbau des ATOSS Trainingsbereichs
- Erstellung von hochwertigen Schulungsunterlagen in Deutsch und Englisch
- Individuelle Beratung unserer Kunden zum Thema Trainings
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung von digitalen Lerninhalten, wünschenswert wären Kenntnisse in den Programmen Adobe Premiere Pro und Articulate
- Berufserfahrung als Product Trainer oder Product Coach im Softwarekontext
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich HR/Workforcemanagement
- Ausgeprägtes didaktisches Geschick und Freude daran Wissen zu vermitteln
- Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft zur Trainingsdurchführung an anderen ATOSS-Standorten oder bei Kunden
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
