- Management anddevelopment of a team of 5 IT specialists
- Planning, implementation and management of the IT web services ofthe Hanseatic City of Lübeck
- Collaborationwith other teams
- Development andimplementation of automation solutions to improve the efficiencyand scalability of the IT infrastructure
- Automation of processes, provision of tools, monitoring of systemperformance
- Ensure that IT web services andautomation solutions meet IT security standards and compliancerequirements
- Implement security measures,monitor security incidents and work closely with the IT SecurityOfficer
- Ensuring a smooth integration
- Degree (e.g. computer science, businessinformatics, mathematics, physics, communications engineering orengineering sciences) or comparable qualification or provenequivalent skills and experience (e.g. through many years ofrelevant professional experience that qualifies for the advertisedposition)
- Practical experience in softwaredevelopment
- Strong communication andteamwork skills
- Experience in leading amotivated team
- Sound knowledge ofimplementing and managing IT infrastructures and automationsolutions
- Good knowledge of cloudtechnologies, virtualization, networks and security
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- High level of initiative and resultsorientation
- Very good knowledge of currentMicrosoft operating systems (client and server)
