• You are part of the Service department and responsible for offers and implementation in public and hybrid cloud scenarios and combining existing basic services and components for sophisticated digital administration services
• You are the central point of contact for your team
• You are responsible for the further development of the portfolio and reference architectures.
• You take responsibility for coordinating your team and for resource management and reporting.
• You monitor the economic success of your team and implement measures to ensure growth.
• You drive the implementation of the growth strategy by recruiting, developing and retaining your employees.
• You are responsible for the realization of innovative digital projects according to your expertise.
• You are responsible for monitoring and compliance with contractual SLAs with customers
