Your Role:

• Your specialist knowledge is in demand at the interface between customers and development team: As an experienced GaN specialist, you will support and advise with your expert know-how about applications and processes.
• From the head office, as well as on-site, you are the guarantee for satisfied customers when faced with demanding and complex issues - because thanks to you, internal and external communication runs smoothly
• To do this, you will work closely with the regional key account managers and process engineers, and cleverly place their prioritised top topics with the relevant experts at headquarters.
• The company can rely on your analysis and prioritisation: you define important contact and escalation points and coordinate the measures of joint development programs.
• You will bring your expertise into widespread practice in self-designed training courses and training videos and drive knowledge transfer forward with your application notes and maintenance strategies.
• You always keep an eye on the product roadmap, act as a reliable input provider for project management as well as the technology departments and constantly improve products with your ideas.
• Together with the product manager and the experts for laboratory processes, you form a strong team: together you prioritise the improvement projects and advance your area of ​​application with your decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a natural science, coupled with several years of hands-on experience in GaN , MOCVD, SiC or GaAs process applications and project management.
• Thorough understanding of semiconductor technology and mechanical engineering.
• Adaptability and resilience in the face of new challenges.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Quality and process-oriented mindset, with a knack for maintaining clarity in unfamiliar situations.
• Willingness to travel to customer laboratories and production sites (infrequent).
• Proficiency in MS Office programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. German an advantage.
