The Marketing & Sales Europe division is responsible for the passenger car sales and after-sales business for a total of European markets. For this we need active support and competent employees in the Dealer Network Development Passenger Car Europe team.
The objective of Dealer Network Development is to develop and professionalize the sales network organization. The overarching goal is to ensure the achievement of sales, turnover and profit targets in the European region, to guarantee the best possible customer experience and to offer dealers attractive conditions for Mercedes-Benz franchising.

The main tasks of dealer network development include working cooperatively with the markets and retail and identifying the need for action to professionalize the sales levels and the retail strategy / transformation. Of great importance here is the active coordination and implementation of necessary steps towards the market, within the European region with the various stakeholders from Sales, Aftersales and Controlling, as well as with the specialist departments at head office.

The main tasks in the Dealer Network Development team specifically include actively helping to shape a competitive dealer portfolio in the markets of the European region, monitoring and further developing dealer standards and processes as well as developing and implementing attractive dealer formats. Other tasks include the provision of suitable business management indicators / methods (e.g. Dealer Margin Model) to support a financially healthy and efficient dealer network, as well as the promotion of a functioning exchange of best practice between the markets.

Your tasks include in detail

Collaboration in strategic projects for the professionalization and further development of the dealer network in the Europe region

Supporting the implementation of the retail strategy and strategic projects in coordination with the markets (sustainability, charging, etc.)

Daily cooperation with the European markets on topics relevant to the dealer network

Support in analyzing customer satisfaction in the sales network, identifying potential for improvement and deriving suitable measures to sustainably increase dealer performance

Analyzing and reporting on dealer performance in the various markets

Support in the preparation of management documents and workshops

Qualifikationen

Degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, business informatics or similar

Very good MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Confident written and spoken German and English, other languages an advantage

Commitment and ability to work in a team

Structured, conscientious and analytical way of working

High degree of independence

Initiative and commitment

Communication skills and intercultural competence
