  • WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING :

  • As Functional Consultant, you work with our state-of-the-art SAP landscapes and provide real added value for all product teams, management and internal customers.
  • Supporting our Sales and Service teams worldwide in implementing or enhancing their technical solutions. You accompany the entire process from requirements analysis to implementation.
  • Leading national or international system introductions or release changes, improvements of existing solutions for EOS as a responsible project manager in agile or traditional projects in close collaboration with functional departments, IT Operations and external partners.
  • Advice on process design and process optimisation as well as the digitalisation, automation and visualisation of business processes. You are familiar with Business Process mapping, Requirements gathering and documentation, Requirements management (prioritisation, classification, etc), Functional specification writing, Interface specification writing, Agile Story writing, Business Case writing, System Integrated Testing, UAT coordination and Business stakeholder management.
  • Contact person for employees with questions about sales and service systems and support of the systems and architecture, especially incident and change management and 2nd level support
  • Parameterising the system or coordinating application development as well as conducting system tests, creating and updating technical application documentation
  • Support in defining the IT architecture and software design of sales and service standard software solutions and interfaces and connections
  • WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • A degree in computer science or related subject or equivalent experience
  • Min. 5 years of SAP experience, professional experience in the same/comparable field of activity (SAP SD, SAP GTS, SAP Cloud for Customers, SAP CPI or PI/PO, Customs, AEB)
  • Several years of sound professional experience as a partial or complete project manager in classic and agile IT organization or implementation projects, good knowledge of the methods and tools of IT project management and agile process models (Scrum, V-model)
  • Good process knowledge in the field of mechanical engineering / service as well as very good knowledge of the requirements, strategy, organization and technical development of Sales/Service functional departments
  • Ideally, experience with the connection of cloud sales or service portals, eCommerce solutions
  • Capability to work well in a virtual and distributed team-based environment and able to work under pressure with committed deadlines
  • Development experience in RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Reports and workflow).
  • Knowledge working with any integration technologies (IDOC, OData, APIs, Web Services, SAP CPI, AIF, SAP Gateway)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent English skills (verbal and written)
