Summary

For the "F&C Customer Services Radar / IFF" division, we are looking for a "Customer Service Project Manager (f/m/d)" at the Ulm location as soon as possible.

The "F&C Customer Services Radar / IFF" department is responsible, among other things, for the complete commercial support of Customer Services and is therefore a business partner for the department at all levels.

Your Tasks

Commercial support for national and international service projects in the Radar / IFF area

Commercial contact person (Finance Business Partner) for project managers, close coordination with the project core team and the supporting areas (controlling, accounting, price checking)

Preparation of commercial service offers (calculation, commercial conditions) and participation in offer / contract negotiations

Responsibility for project controlling, including cost-to-completion / EAC analyses, target / actual comparisons, as well as for proper commercial project execution with a focus on cost optimization, payment, claim / waiver, opportunity and risk management

Accounting and receivables management as well as cash management including reporting

Checking the accounting accuracy of all postings with regard to IFRS15 and HGB, as well as price verification and auditing issues

Participation in the preparation of planning (business planning, forecasts, scenarios, capacity utilization planning) and reporting, as well as support with monthly and annual financial statements

Contributing to operational reporting within the scope of the area of responsibility

Support in the preparation of forecasts and business plans

Preparation of ad-hoc evaluations

Your Profile

Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering or similar

Several years of experience in finance and controlling

Experience in commercial project management in an international environment

Knowledge of German pricing law / IFRS advantageous

Confident in using MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and SAP (SD / PS)

Very good communication skills as well as negotiation and assertiveness skills

Strong ability to think in a networked manner and recognize overarching relationships

Conscientious and independent way of working

Business fluent German and English skills
