    Job Description

    We are on the lookout for an Associate, Pricing Analyst (all genders) to join the Global Pricing team at our incredible Hero Hub in the heart of Berlin.

  • You work together with a Pricing Manager to drive pricing analyses, provide recommendations and work with local teams to understand and optimise pricing performance in countries and cities across the globe
  • You create A/B test plans and manage them end to end - incl. implementation, analysis and communication
  • You monitor the performance of DHs pricing initiatives across multiple countries, take ownership and proactively address opportunities to ensure positive P&L impact
  • Work closely with a cross-functional team of professionals with domain expertise in the fields of Commercial, Data and Product & Engineering. This includes supporting in the development of our best-in-class dynamic pricing tool
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and other reporting tools - consuming diverse data sources - to support pricing decision making
  • Establish and maintain close relationships with Regional Pricing teams to ensure smooth collaboration as well as regular knowledge exchange
  • Qualifications

  • 1+ years of professional experience
  • Very strong analytical skills to quickly assess the performance of pricing in countries and develop recommendations
  • Strong knowledge of analytical toolkit (SQL and Excel )
  • Python, R, Tableau and others are a plus
  • Problem-solving skills to deliver quick and efficient, pragmatic solutions
  • High drive and self-motivation
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced and virtual environment
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex pricing topics in a clear manner and get the buy-in of local and central teams
  • Proficiency in English communication, both written and spoken
  • Nice to have:

  • Hands-on experience in Asian or European markets and roll-out of new pricing strategies and tools
  • Performance management projects or work exposure
  • Work experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ideally in Pricing or Revenue Management departments
