Junior IT Consultant - Support(m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Taking on projects or working on projects such as theintroduction of a new ERP system, etc.
• Administration of the cash registers centrally and remote supportof the cash register systems in our stores
• Telephone and remote support for users in the stores,administration and logistics centers in the event of IT problemsbased on Windows components
• Installation,configuration and commissioning of IT systems, devices and softwareproducts
• User administration and assignmentof access authorizations in Microsoft Active Directory and otherapplications
• Fault acceptance and processingof incidents via telephone, mail & ticket system,documentation of the activities carried out in the ticket system
• After successful induction: participation inthe rolling on-call service for till emergencies

Your profile

• You have completed training in IT or have equivalentqualifications in the IT sector and have already gained somepractical experience
• Knowledge and supportskills in Windows and POS environments are an advantage
• High customer and service orientation, communicationskills in dealing with customers and colleagues
• You enjoy a variety of IT tasks and working in a team
• You work independently, in a structuredmanner and document your results
• You have avery good command of German
