Job summary
We are looking for an HR Manager to join our team at Nexans. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding new employees and ensuring their integration into the company. They will also be involved in talent supply, performance management, compensation & benefits, leadership & talent development, work environment employment relationship social relations and HR administration efficiency payroll.The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree in economics psychology law preferably with extra degree in HRM or comparable qualification knowledge of German labour law and social legislation knowledge software package MS-Office Infoniqa or other payrolling system GFOS or other time accounting fluent written and spoken skills in German English at least 7 years of experience in HR industrial company business oriented strong negotiation skills coaching skills exposure within an International business managerial skills ability to drive projects achieve results matric organisation ability assess/develop people strong communication animation capabilities good listener analyses mindset translate need solution.
