• Take responsibility for managing 10 branches, ensuring products, employee satisfaction, customer service, and sales are all top-notch.

Bring what you have:

• Demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills to understand and delight customers, ideally backed by broad business knowledge from solid education or relevant studies.
• Be a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, showing empathy and motivation. Listening, brainstorming, and being a supportive colleague should be your strengths.
• Prior leadership experience in retail or a company with branches, including bakery branch management, is advantageous.
• Be proactive, agile, and strategic, always keeping your team's well-being in mind.
