    POSTSKRIPTUM GmbH is a leading European wholesale company in the field of export of branded clothing, footwear and accessories for women, men and kids from remaining stock, overproduction and returned stock.

    We are looking for a Head of Sales for our fast growing company based in Westhausen.

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for our company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and growing sales teams, creating and executing effective sales strategies, and building strong customer relationships. The Head of Sales will play a critical role in achieving our sales targets, expanding market share, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales Leadership:

    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and training to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
    • Develop and maintain a positive and collaborative sales culture that encourages teamwork and a results-driven mindset.

    Sales Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the company's growth objectives.
    • Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and customer segments to maximize sales opportunities.
    • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

    Business Development:

    • Drive business development efforts to identify and secure new sales opportunities, partnerships, and alliances.
    • Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to expand the company's presence and revenue streams.

    Sales Performance and Analysis:

    • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement and growth.
    • Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.

    Process Improvement:

    • Continuously evaluate and enhance the sales processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product, to align strategies and optimize the customer journey.

    Budget and Resource Management:

    • Develop and manage the sales budget, including resource allocation and investment in sales initiatives.
    • Ensure optimal utilization of sales resources, technology, and tools to achieve sales goals.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Experience in B2B and Fashion industry is a must
    • Languages: English & Russian is a must and German is a plus.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
    • 6+ years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
    • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Strong understanding of sales strategies, methodologies, and market dynamics.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
    • European Union Passport is a must.
