    We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for a key customer trust feature available in Amazon stores worldwide. This feature makes it easy for shoppers to alert Amazon about issues on our product pages. This Senior Product Manager role involves gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders, including diverse policy teams, with the goal of automating report handling, and working with engineering to prioritize and launch these new features.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Leading the product roadmap related to operational efficiency
    • Taking a leading role in drafting and presenting BRDs and prioritization documents
    • Partnering with the Program team and with partner teams to understand policy and process gaps, and developing solutions to close them
    • Be comfortable using data to analyze trends, predict and fix problems before they happen
    • Using high-level judgment to own our most complex enforcement decisions
    • Owning the relationship with the tech and science teams for the implementation of deliverables

    • Prioritizing the product roadmap
    • Understanding the current product and processes to propose improvements

    About the team

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 5+ years of professional experience in product management

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience in e-commerce/online companies in fraud/risk control functions
    • High level of integrity and discretion to handle confidential information
    • Enthusiasm to provide superb customer service to the leadership team and other key stakeholders
    • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills with a natural tendency to use data in decision-making and prioritization
    • Willing to move quickly and decisively to resolve an incident
    • Comfortable working across multiple tools and systems and large data sets
    • Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situation
