    Salt is currently on the lookout for a SAP HCM Consultant/specialist for one of our clients.

    SAP HCM Specialist – Senior Professional/Project Manager (25-50% Travel)

    About the Role

    Our client is searching for a highly motivated SAP HCM specialist to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your deep technical and functional expertise to assist a variety of clients across various industries. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Leading and executing SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) implementations and upgrades
    • Analyzing client HR processes and recommending optimal HCM configurations
    • Designing, developing, and testing HCM customizations to meet specific client requirements
    • Providing ongoing support and training to clients on their SAP HCM systems
    • Collaborating with other consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery

    Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP consulting with a strong focus on SAP HCM modules
    • Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA HCM configurations
    • In-depth knowledge of HR processes and best practices (e.g., payroll, recruitment, performance management)
    • Excellent understanding of project management methodologies
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, client-service environment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Fluency in German (B2 level or higher) and English
