    Your Responsibilities

    The Implementation Consultant is responsible for ensuring successful deployment of software solutions for clients. You work closely with clients and guide them through the software implementation process, address any challenges and ensure the solution meets their business requirements.

    • Configure and customize Jedox throughout the entire implementation life cycle in accordance with best practices
    • Ensure configuration is aligned with client needs, resulting to seamless integration with existing implementation and processes
    • Provide training and support to clients, both during and after the implementation process, to facilitate successful adoption and utilization of the software solution
    • Collaborate with project team members to address any technical issues or enhancements required for successful implementation
    • Communicate work tasks/activities progress proactively to project lead and project manager
    • Ability to lead and manage the end-to-end requirements of low complexity project independently
    • Perform housekeeping tasks like time tracking and forecasting

    Your Profile

    • Bachelor's degree ideally in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics or any other related field.
    • Affinity to IT and software related topics
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate functional or technical concepts to stakeholders.
    • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple streams of project tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Familiarity with industry-standard project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMI, etc.).
    • Experience with relational and multidimensional (e.g. Jedox, Palo, TM/1, Infor, Essbase) databases is a highly preferred
    • Fluent in German
