    SIS Swiss International School gGmbH

    SIS Swiss International School is a private day school from kindergarten through to college. The SIS programme is centred on consistent bilingual classroom instruction and peer experience in the national language and English, culminating in a national or international university entrance qualification. Currently more than 5.000 students from both local and internationally mobile families attend classes at one of the 17 schools in Switzerland, Germany or Brazil.     Principal (m/w/x)

    Starting Date : as soon as possible, for the school year 24/25

    Aufgaben

  • pedagogical, personnel, organizational and administrative management of the school
  • customer acquisition and advice
  • management of teachers and administrative staff
  • ensuring the quality of teaching at the school
  • further development of the school's specific profile
  • shared responsibility for the implementation of the strategy as a member of the extended management team
  • information and communication internally and externally
  • Anforderungen

  • You have an appropriate pedagogical qualification (1st and 2nd state examinations or comparable) and teaching experience
  • You have already gained experience in the pedagogical, organisational and administrative management of a school.
  • You are a native speaker of one school language (German/English) and have a good knowledge of the other language.
  • You have very good communication and organisational skills and you are resilient and assertive.
  • You are willing to develop professionally and bring commitment and team spirit.
  • You are enthusiastic, inspiring and creative.
