    Als Entwicklungszentrum der Caterpillar Inc. konstruieren wir Mobilbagger und Umschlagmaschinen in der Gewichtsklasse 13-60t.

    Unsere Abteilung Electronic Controls & Components sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt qualifizierte Unterstützung. Der Bereich ist verantwortlich für das Design und die Validierung der zentralen Maschinensoftware unserer Mobilbagger. Der Entwicklungsprozess wird durch die Integration und Verifikation der Steuergerätesoftware im Maschinengesamtverbund bis zur Serienreife begleitet.

    Deine Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung von unterschiedlichen, eigenständigen Projekten im Bereich des automatisierten Testens/Validierung am Hardware in the Loop (HiL) Prüfstand und an der Maschine. Die Tätigkeit umfasst unter anderem Aufgabenstellungen im Bereich der Softwareentwicklung sowie des Aufbaus von Hardware bzw. Testequipment.
  • Konzeptentwicklung und Erstellung von Testfällen
  • Entwicklung von automatisierten Tools für den Testprozess
  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau von kontinuierlichen Softwareprozessen (Continuous Integration) entlang bestehender Prozesse
  • Validierung an HiL und Bagger
  • Unterstützung bei der Testauswertung und Dokumentation

    • Dein Profil:

  • Student (m/w/d) der Ingenieurwissenschaften, Fahrzeugtechnik, Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Programmiererfahrung, idealerweise in Python
  • Erfahrung mit CAN Bus und Vector Tools von Vorteil
  • Spaß an herausfordernden Aufgaben und den Willen daran zu wachsen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Engagierter Teamplayer mit hoher Eigeninitiative
