    To strengthen our team Commercial Excellence , we are looking for you as a

    Bids & Tender Manager (f/m/d)

    based in Unterschleißheim, near Munich (hybrid option).

    Summary:

    As project lead for all tenders, you will ensure that all tenders relevant for Baxter are identified, communicated and processed. You will act as a main point of contact to tender bodies on regional and national level.

    Your role at Baxter:

  • Active leadership and participation in German Bids & Tender team work
  • Strong team leadership
  • Active participation in country management work
  • Strategic stakeholder management (BUHs, functional leaders)
  • Involvement in strategic negotiations with customers
  • Internal coordination for implementing the commercial strategy in tenders
  • Ability to understand and optimize processes in place
  • Your Profile:

  • University or business degree (preferably in economics or health care system)
  • Experience in tender management and commercial mentality
  • Proven record managing a team and influencing partners
  • Experience in working within the healthcare sector
  • Knowledge of the industry value chain and regulatory environment
  • Detailed knowledge of local tender, pricing and reimbursement processes
  • Experience in sales/marketing would be a plus
  • Ability to represent Baxter to external partner and to build customer relationships
  • Ability to lead sophisticated processes and financial awareness
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, both in German and English
