Job summary
Weiterentwicklung bestehender Standardreports oder Konzeption neuer Auswertungen auf Basis individueller Anforderungen – du gehst jede Datenherausforderung souverän und lösungsorientiert an.Darüber hauptsächlich bewertest du die Qualität unserer bestehenden HR-Daten,
setzt klare Maßstäbe für Datenqualität,
und entwickelst ein nachhaltiges Konzept zur Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung dieser Standards.
Qualifikationen
- abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik ,HR-Management,Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- Fundierte Erfahrung mit Workday,insbesondere im Bereich Reporting,Prism Analytics oder Workday Worksheets.
