What to Expect

• You will be responsible for effective production planning and control in collaboration with production management
• Ensuring the readiness of machinery, equipment, and resources falls within your scope of responsibilities
• You will be jointly responsible for compliance with valid occupational safety regulations, maintaining order and cleanliness, and continuously optimizing work processes
• You will act as the primary point of contact for shift leaders for coordination and support
• Production data creation and booking in the SAP system complete your job profile

Requirements

• The foundation for these tasks is a successfully completed apprenticeship in the manual or technical field - experience in managing employees is advantageous
• A solid understanding of common office applications and SAP is welcomed for this position
• You have a hands-on mentality, as well as a goal-oriented and independent way of working and thinking
• You have gained initial experience in CI
• You are a team player, organized, and possess a high level of social skills and commitment
