- Processing of loans for corporate customers and financial institutions
- Monitoring loan maturities
- Making sure that transactions and tasks are executed in timely and error free manner
- Handling customer complaints and requests
- Maintenance of OHB and workflows
- Preparation of balance confirmations
- Monitoring loan confirmations
- Management and custody of collaterals
- Handling of audit inquiries
- Preferably: Apprenticeship as a bank clerk
- Acceptable: Apprenticeship in another commercial area, if combined with relevant excellent work expertise and experience in a bank
- Confident handling of MS Office products
- Accuracy and precise operative skills are required
- Solution and customer oriented team player with an independent approach to work
- Fluency in German and English, written and spoken
