Join our team as a college student with a head full of ideas and a passion for aviation. Where can we find our target audience? How do we persuade high school graduates and bachelor students to choose DFS as an employer? How do we increase awareness of our air traffic controller training? Through podcasts, in eSports, or on TikTok? Online, hybrid, or in person? Do you find these questions as exciting as we do? Let's find the answers together! We offer a gross monthly compensation of 1,000 EUR.

What Makes You Stand Out

• You are currently enrolled in a university
• You have enthusiasm for online communication, social media, and personnel marketing
• You are in tune with the needs of Generation Z & Alpha
• You ideally have practical experience in communication/media/marketing
• You can execute and plan marketing activities in German
• Remote working is highly feasible with us, but you are also welcome to be present on our Langen campus on certain days

Your Responsibilities

• You organize online and offline events like career fairs, our air traffic controller talks, and the DFS Recruiting Day and support in their execution
• You collaborate with our trainees to identify new potentials for our personnel marketing
• You enhance our career page and maintain our employer presence on educational platforms
• Whether it's TikTok, Instagram, YouTube - you excel in these arenas and advise us on content creation
• You manage our giveaways and ensure their smooth handling
• You directly engage with our candidates and ignite enthusiasm for the air traffic controller training
• We expect you to bring valuable insights from our target audience for our target audience - critically question the status quo and let's learn from each other
