Senior Consultant

Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and MS Exchange

Germany (remote)

Responsibilities:

You'll play a crucial role in facilitating requirement workshops, aiding in the definition of problem statements, and meticulously reviewing and analysing requirements specifications to align with the business needs. Additionally, you'll contribute to the creation of future-state workflows, conduct comprehensive fit gap analyses, propose alternative solutions, and produce detailed design documentation, all while ensuring thorough testing throughout the process.

• For high complexity projects, you'll perform configuration, build application/process solution, implement deployment plans and resolve data migration and cut-over user issues.
• Support knowledge sharing to provide high-quality and value adding consulting solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies and norms.

Required Technical Expertise:

• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Identity Manager/Forefront Identity Manager.
• Write and modify Rules Extensions - both MA Extensions and MV Extensions
• Knowledge of MIM sync engine (Connectors, Precedence, run profiles, etc.)
• Extensive knowledge of MIM portal - MPRs, Sets, Workflows, Schema extensions, UI elements of the Portal and Sync Rules.
• FIM Reporting.
• Hands-on experience with MIM WAL. Knowledge on MIM upgrades and new installations.
• Hands-on experience with designing Identity Management Solutions using MIM.
