As a program director you will oversee project management ensuring alignment with scope timelines and quality expectations. Program directors serve as responsible individuals for programs ensuring timely delivery of projects in accordance with established standards. To be successful you should have the ability to lead teams develop strategies prepare technical commercial proposals manage planning scheduling including allocation of resources budgeting timeline control.

• Take leading role in preparing proposals for customer projects including developing strategic plans managing resource allocation and controlling project timelines
