- Customer advice regarding the products on offer
- Coordination of production & delivery dates
- Constant contact with the sales representative, service staff, accounting and other departments
- Preparation of all export documents
- Preparation and follow-up of trade fairs and training courses as well as participation if necessary
- Professional experience in customer service, preferably in the bicycle or sports sector
- Convincing communication skills / good interpersonal skills
- Do you speak fluently either Danish, Swedish or Norwegian?
- German language skills an advantage
- Good written and spoken English
