    Whatyou'll do:

    The Regional SalesManager develops and owns the growth plan for their assignedterritory selling the Precision NanoSystems line of instruments,consumables and support services directly to life science segmentssuch as biotech, pharma and academia. The Regional Sales Managerwill collaborate with Account Manager (AM), Workflow DevelopmentLeader (WDL) their Field Application Scientists (FAS), ScientificInside Sales Specialists and Service Sales Specialists to maintainand grow the territory. This includes working with existingaccounts as well as prospecting for newcustomers.

    • Meet and/or exceedquarterly and annual sales target through development and executionof a region and account-specific salesplan
    • Successfully navigate and manage complexsales negotiations. Successfully engage and manage a multi-stepsales process for both capital instruments andconsumables
    • Demonstrate command of scientificknowledge to engage in consultative sales processes. Delivertechnology and applications overview presentations, often in tandemwith your FAS, to articulate PNI's value proposition based on theneeds of the customer
    • Facilitates resolution ofcustomer issues by demonstrating a strong broad base of knowledgein business processes, PNI solutions and domainexpertise
    • Provide regular accurate salesforecasts, sales pipeline management activities, organize/maintainaccount and customer contact management in CRMsystem

    Whoyou are:

    • A degree in aLife Sciences discipline is required. A Ph.D. and strongnanomedicine knowledge or cell/molecular biology background is anasset
    • Considered experiences in a commercialrole, preferably in the biotechnologyindustry
    • Demonstrated ability to work directlywith customer at all levels within the organization from ProcessDevelopment scientist to C-Level
    • Demonstratedaptitude towards the selling process and a proven teamplayer
    • You speak fluent German andEnglish.

    Itwould be a plus if you also possess previous experiencein:

    • Demonstratedunderstanding of nano-particle applications and PNItechnologies
    • Experience working in a matrixenvironment and managing multiple priorities through successfulexecution
    • Success in cross-functionalcollaboration
