    We are looking for a new colleague as a Head of Comp & Ben / Performance Management (m/f/d) in our department "Chassis Systems & Modules" at our location in Osnabrück.

    What you can look forward to as Head of Compensation & Benefit / Performance Management (m/f/d)

  • Partner to the Chief Human Resources Officer and propose Compensation & Benefit actions aligned with the company strategy
  • Develop, align and implement global Compensation & Benefit policies/procedures, maintain Compensation & Benefit programs
  • HR projects (HR system implementations, HR processes, Footprint Development)
  • HR Reporting Develop and monitor key HR metrics to assess HR effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend improvements
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and employment practices across various jurisdictions
  • Ensure annual participation to salary surveys
  • Coordinate the OP salary mass increase budget by country with required level of granularity (merit, promotion, adjustment, etc.)
  • Implement salary scales (by Global Grade x Job Families x Location)
  • Relationships with external vendors (HR service providers)
  • Your Profile as Head of Compensation & Benefit / Performance Management (m/f/d)

  • Recognized high degree of knowledge in international Compensation & Benefit matters
  • Robust leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage complexity and to operate with high degree of autonomy
  • Solid project management skills to achieve milestones and objectives
  • Multi-country experience is a plus
  • German language skills is a plus
