Your tasks

You plan, design and implement the infrastructure of a highly reactive system steering and operating in real time a multitude of decentral energy assets (power from kW to GW) using cutting edge technologies
You design, deploy, and maintain Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters
You utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools for automated provisioning and management of Azure resources.
You implement security best practices for Kubernetes and Azure environments
You provide expert-level support for troubleshooting Azure, Kubernetes, and containerized applications
You are continuously looking at improving the operations, the infrastructure and the technologies used
You work closely with the rest of the team incl. developers and testers as well as with the product teams in an agile environment
You mentor and lead externals (nearshore)

Your profile

Experience in the operations of modern cloud infrastructure such as Docker, Kubernetes
Experience in developing CI/CD pipelines
Experience with public cloud providers (e.g. Azure) and Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g. Terraform)
Experience with GitOps (e.g. ArgoCD)
Good understanding of networks esp. in cloud environments
Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud native designs
You are hands-on, proactive, you embrace challenges: take, learn, resolve, grow, share with others
You are a true team player
You communicate fluently in English
