We are seeking a Senior CRM Manager to lead our Customer Data Platform (CDP) strategy beyond implementation. Reporting to the Performance Marketing Director,you will be responsible for leading and mentoring the CRM team of 2.
- Lead & Develop Our CDP Strategy– Take full ownership of our Bloomreach (Exponea) strategy.
- C RM & Customer Lifecycle Strategy– Develop and execute a roadmap for loyalty, retention, and hyper-personalised campaigns.
