Junior Controller (m/w/d) - Germany - Freiburg | Full-time | YF-6557

Your New Responsibilities:

• Take charge of operational FP&A management, including annual business plans, monthly rolling forecasts, month-end closings, and reporting
• Act as a liaison for the local management team in steering monthly revenue forecasts and P&L management
• Assist in the preparation of annual, quarterly, and monthly financial statements
• Create presentations, especially for budgets, reviews, and business presentations
• Develop, implement, and optimize controlling systems and processes
• Apply a performance-driven mindset by providing a fact-based and objective view of performance
• Develop, prepare, and analyze financial reports covering business development, cost control, and accounting standards

Your Talents & Qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent higher education, preferably in economics, business administration, finance, or a degree as a certified public accountant
• Prior experience in FP&A is advantageous
• Advanced analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Clear communication skills, including the ability to summarize complex issues in simple, concise statements and recommendations
• Fluent oral and written communication skills in German and English
• Experience with ERP tools (knowledge of MS Dynamics AX is a plus) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• A true team player who enjoys working cross-functionally and driving changes
