- Erstellung von Pitch Präsentationen, Teasern und Investmentmemoranden
- Erstellung von integrierten Finanzmodellen, Finanzanalysen und Unternehmensbewertungen (DCF, Trading und Transaction Comparables)
- Erstellung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie Branchenanalysen für potenzielle Übernahmeziele und Käufer
- Due Diligence Aktivitäten (Aufsetzen von virtuellen Datenräumen, Q+A)
- Eigenständige Recherchetätigkeiten zu Unternehmen, Märkten, potenziellen Investoren und Targets
- Unterstützung des Teams bei Veranstaltungen, Origination und anderen Vorgängen
- Einschlägiger Bachelor-/Master-Abschluss mit hervorragenden akademischen Ergebnissen
- Mindestens 2 Jahre relevante praktische M&A-Erfahrung, vorzugsweise mit Fokus auf Sell-side Projekte
- Professionelles Auftreten und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Beherrschung von PowerPoint und Excel sowie von Research-Datenbanken
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und sehr hohe Detailgenauigkeit
