- Customer service process (delivery documents, invoicing, order validation/acceptance)
- Maintenance of the ERP system
- Coordination of order transportation and preparation of transport documents
- Invoice verification & approval
- Inventory analysis
- Planning of production orders
- Master data maintenance
- Fluent English and German language skills (min C1)
- Highly proficient in the use of MS Office and ERP systems
- Commercial or Business Admin background
- Previous experience in Supply Chain preferred
