Für unsere R&D Abteilung suchen wir ab sofort einen Firmware Design Entwickler / Embedded.

The FAST GmbH is a subsidiary company of Groupe Claire, a leading provider of technology in the worldwide water industry. We are the worldwide major supplier of water leak detection devices including data collection and software solutions. With worldwide recognized experience in the area of water leakage location we help in this environment our partners and therefore every single person with an efficient handling of the consumption water resource. As a company of the Claire group, the FAST GmbH is with more than 50 employees at the site in Langenbrettach one of the leading suppliers of water equipment's and represents the groupwide competence centre in the drinkable-water leakage identification segment. For the Langenbrettach site R&D department, we are looking for a Firmware Design Engineer.

Aufgaben

1/ Entwicklung und implementierung von Firmware-Komponenten und Komponententests. Entwicklung neuer Mess-Methoden für Wasserleck Analyse. Design-Spezifikationen (HW und FW).

2/ Implementing FW-components and developing the communication interfaces and protocols. Complete overview of the product architecture and the system architecture. Reviewing and implementing protocols which are defined by external partners

Qualifikation

1/ Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Entwicklung elektronischer Produkte. Erfahrung mit IoT Produkten bzw. Sensorimplementierung im Zusammenhang mit Messung von Physikalischen Parametern (Temperatur, Druck, Feuchtigkeit, etc.). C-code Implementierung, Test Automatisierung. Erfahrung mit 'Low-Power'-Design und batteriebetriebenen Produkten.

2/ Electronic design on electronic, battery-powered and embedded applications. Prior experience in developing electronic products (ideally of battery-operated mass-produced products) within project environments. Design of communication protocol in C with data structure and presentation for communication protocol.
