    Your mission

    IONITY is looking for a Director of Product & Growth to join our Leadership team.
    You have the unique opportunity to be a part of an already thriving business that will focus on strengthening the B2B and B2C customer segments that utilize our European HPC charging network.
    You will work closely with our CEO and the wider leadership team in a highly strategic role to further enhance our product offering and overall customer satisfaction.

    • You will share the responsibility to develop the overall revenue and growth strategy of IONITY (B2C and B2B) and closely work with the wider leadership team to continuously improve the product offering and performance of the organization.
    • You attract, inspire, and develop a capable and enthusiastic team.
    • You have business ownership of the overall company revenue target and will be accountable to drive the continued development of topline revenue in relation to the over-arching business plan
    • You will have a special focus on organic growth to reduce customer acquisition costs.
    • You will take a holistic view, standardise the further development of product and drive the sales strategy towards operational excellence.
    • You identify and plan new product and service opportunities and embed these in line with the revenue strategy together with further developing our sales-cycle and sales-enablement measures.
    • You are responsible for the growing business units B2B and B2C including; offer & price development, data analytics & customer insights, performance marketing & loyalty programs, product roadmaps, (frontend) product requirements with subsequent IT alignment, existing/future payment and billing requirements and lastly launch date management and go-to-market strategies.
    • You will manage the customer channels (B2C/B2B) to prioritize strategies and requirements from each business unit to ensure a balanced and sustainable business approach.
    • You have the responsibility to drive the development of comprehensive customer experience reporting in order to monitor and track user feedbacks.
    • You will be the responsible interface with other departments at IONITY as to ensure the Product & Growth Strategy matches the overall business plan, brand marketing strategy, specific financial requirements and IT capabilities.
    • You take initiative and use your growth playbook and competencies to drive efficiency, measure the performance of initiatives and adjust them accordingly to achieve company goals.
    • You navigate the anticipated fluctuations of a typical dynamic market environment when benchmarking and modelling our growth.

    Your profile

    • You have 10+ years of senior leadership experience across several levels of a fast-growing company, preferably in an EV charging environment.
    • You have owned the long-term growth vision and strategy, successfully balancing priorities and delivering on KPI's in a dynamic environment.
    • You have extensive experience in building growth teams, with past experience in product management & specification, offer & pricing, customer insights, payment and controlling, marketing, as well as efficiently collaborating with external agencies.
    • You are highly analytical and data-driven, coupled with a strong customer focus and an eagerness to develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs.
    • You have strong leadership ability to motivate, inspire and develop a skilful and talented team.
    • You genuinely enjoy developing and improving processes with a customer/sales orientation and strong commercial focus.
    • You have experience in managing sales responsibility and the associated budgets and targets.
    • You have a desire to make an impact and have a result-orientated attitude with the confidence to succeed.
    • You are a gifted leader and communicator, and hold very good English and German language skills.
    • The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for startups and a proven track record in building and leading successful growth teams, contributing significantly to the overall revenue and customer loyalty of the company.
