- Handle customer inquiries through various channels (telephone, email, TEAMS), using cutting-edge tools (ticket system)
- Installation and maintenance of hardware and software on inland vessels in Northern Europe
- Provide training to customers in different formats
- Act as a bridge between shipping company staff and software developers
- Requirements: Vocational training in IT or relevant field, proficiency in Microsoft infrastructure, PC hardware, networks, and communication tech
- Highly service-oriented with strong organizational skills, reliability, and team collaboration
- Fluency in both German and English with a willingness to travel; company car provided
