    The Senior Manufacturing/Process Engineer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for driving and managing projects to ensure on-time delivery of our products and to improve the productivity of the production plant.

    This position is part of the Technical Operations team located in Baierbrunn/Munich and will be on-site. Lead international and cross-functional projects to ensure on-time delivery of our products.
    Drive engineering changes in collaboration with the R&D team and ensure correct implementation of design changes.
    Lead the test equipment team to ensure correct documentation and support of the validation projects.

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Manufacturing/Production or Process Engineering or similar and profound work-related experience in manufacturing processes (+7 years)
    Experience leading international and cross-functional projects.
    Proficient in Microsoft 365 apps and Project Management Tools.
    Experience in the implementation of design changes in a manufacturing environment.
    Experience in lean manufacturing.
    Proficiency in English and German.
