    Boost Collectibles is responsible for the development and execution of retail marketing campaigns, loyalty promotions for well-known retailers, especially in traditional food retail in GAS and with international (food)retailers.

    As logistics expert you are responsible for the selection and operational execution of the logistics process for our projects around the world. Your focus is to find the best logistics solution for Boost in terms of transport mode, process, quality, and costs.

    What are your responsibilities?

    • Execute the operational logistics part of our projects
    • Develop and implement logistic strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives and rebuild our logistics department
    • Manage logistics service provider network and performance to ensure quality, delivery, and cost targets are met
    • Continuously monitor the worldwide logistics developments / opportunities for Boost
    • (Pre-)budget the logistics solution cost for prospect projects
    • Define the most effective (costs, timing) logistics solution for our projects (Ocean, Rail, Air, etc)
    • Define 3rd party Logistic Service Providers long list for tender process, perform and negotiate the best deal
    • Set up working procedures with Logistic Service Providers (Oceanfreight, Railfreight, Airfreight, Warehousing, Distribution)
    • Coordinate and monitor all logistics operations for assigned projects including all require documentation and custom formalities (invoices, delivery notes, certificates etc.)
    • Continuously work with the project team, Logistic Service Providers, clients on product availability, delivery schedules and budget progress
    • Provide management reporting on the project progress
    • Post project analysis of costs and KPI's
    • Manage the online sample store
    • Have regular reviews with Logistic service providers

    That's what you bring with

    • Bachelor education or adequate practical expertise and experience in international logistics organizations
    • At least 7 years of work experience in logistics, or supply chain within Europe and Asia of consumer goods, toys and plush, or food related products
    • You have proven success in delivering projects within budget and specified timeframes, while ensuring customer satisfaction
    • You have proven problem-solving skills from assessment to solution execution
    • Experience in logistics partner management, and acquisition, excellent purchasing and negotiation skills
    • Profound knowledge of import procedures, incoterms, export financing, standard tax and customs duty processes, procedures and cost impact
    • Knowledge of benchmarking and analysis techniques
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • You work in an accurate, structured and pro-active way
    • Team player that is used to work within project team able to manage multiple projects and multitask in stressful situations
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
    • You have excellent skills in MS office
    • Ability to travel (abroad) to other Boost offices and logistic service providers when required
    • You speak and write English and German fluently and flawlessly; Dutch language skills or others are a plus
