Europe's most modern factory for the sustainable processing of lithium-ion batteries is currently being built at our site in Kuppenheim. With our innovative recycling technology, we are closing the raw material cycles in electromobility and thus contributing to a responsible circular economy. We use solvent extraction as a hydrometallurgical process to generate "new" raw materials from our recyclable materials.

For our "first of its kind" recycling plant, we are looking for outstanding people who don't want to work in a deadlocked process, but are motivated to set the standards in battery recycling with us as a team and using state-of-the-art technology.

Your tasks:

Development, monitoring and optimization of hydrometallurgical processes

Ensuring the necessary process & product qualities

Representative and contact person for laboratory operations

Supporting managers in the management of operations

Project support in the design and commissioning of the systems

Support and further development of plant technology during ongoing recycling operations

Participation in ensuring that customer deliveries are made on time and in accordance with quality standards

Controlling the store floor including ensuring the processing of resulting measures

Efficient exchange with stakeholders and internal and external cooperation partners

Qualifikationen

Ideally you have the following:

You have a degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, process engineering or similar

You have experience with chemical plants and processes

You have professional experience in production

You have knowledge of systematic analysis and problem-solving methods

You have a good command of German and English
