- Extend and improve on and participate in current product management testing
- Develop automation roadmap including tool selection
- Implement quality assurance automation and continuously improve
- Challenge the status quo, especially regarding processes and routines
- Define need and assist recruitment of additional staff for Quality Assurance roles
- Develop personally into a leadership or expert role on Quality Assurance
- Hands-on experience with strong quality awareness in software testing for Backend and Frontend
- Demonstrated success in setting up smooth and customer oriented Quality Assurance processes balancing development speed and quality goals
- Clear vision for managing and implementing transition from initial – mostly manual – testing to automated quality assurance on integrated environments
- Fluent in English (C1 level) and good German skills (B1 level) are welcomed
- ISTQB certification is ideal but not mandatory
- "Courage to fill in the gaps" if not all of the above qualifications are met
