- Handing over fully functional buildings to our customers and providing continuous advice beyond the time of occupancy
- Preparing ongoing optimization suggestions to ensure successful commissioning
- Planning and coordinating the commissioning processes of buildings in accordance with AHO guidelines and commissioning management according to VDI 6039 or similar service specifications
- Ensuring the quality and functionality of building services systems and meeting deadlines
- Accompanying and coordinating all relevant experts during the commissioning process, as well as overarching acceptance processes
- Supervising the handover of documentation for technical systems and providing training/sessions for operators
- Assisting in the acquisition of new projects
- Completed studies or training (master/technician) in the field of energy and building technology, building automation, electrical or communications engineering, or a similar qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role
- Interest in collaborating in a new strategic group
- Basic knowledge of building regulations and technical building equipment
- High social competence and respectful interaction with all project participants
- Experience in evaluating functional processes in terms of deadlines
- Strong team player and excellent ability to prioritize tasks independently and in a structured manner
- Exceptional motivation, hands-on mentality, and a strong willingness to learn
- Confident and binding, confident appearance
- Fluent in German in speech and writing
- High readiness for professional and personal development
