- Sie bauen ein CSRD-konformes Kennzahlen- und Berichtssystems auf und entwickeln dieses kontinuierlich weiter
- Auch Nachhaltigkeitserklärung zum Konzernabschluss liegen in Ihrer Verantwortung
- Zudem generieren Sie quantitative sowie qualitative Inputs im Rahmen spezifischer externer Auskunftspflichten – genauso richten Sie Reports an interne Gremien
- Hieraus leiten Sie Handlungsempfehlungen für ESG-Themen ab und identifizieren weitere KPIs für das interne ESG-Controlling, die über Dokumentationspflichten hinaus gehen
- Zu alledem sorgen Sie für die Integration des Kennzahlensystems im Global Planning und Global Controlling
- Ihr abgeschlossenes Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Nachhaltigkeits-/ Umweltmanagement, Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen, Energie-/ Versorgungstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Einschlägige mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Aufbau und Controlling eines KPI-basierten Nachhaltigkeits- / ESG-Managements
- Fundierte Kenntnisse relevanter Gesetze und ESG-Rahmenwerke sowie -Standards, wie beispielsweise CSRD / ESRS, LkSG, GHG Protocol, SBTi und CDP
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis ganzheitlicher Controlling-Systeme gepaart mit Ihrer Freude am Aufbau und an der Weiterentwicklung entsprechender Strukturen
- Verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse in der deutschen und englischen Sprache – gerne auch weitere Fremdsprachen, runden Ihr Profil ab
