- Expand market presence: Increase market share by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships in collaboration with the local sales managers, and supporting a high-performing sales team.
- Achieve sales launch targets: Drive sales launches to meet and exceed revenue goals for cobot joints, AGV drive systems and other motion control & mechatronic drive systems, contributing to overall company success.
- Sales presentations: Play an active role in negotiations to close deals with clients.
- Forecasting and budgeting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales performance. Budget future sales & booking in collaboration with all regional sales organizations.
- Prospecting and lead generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and market research.
- Promotion materials: Create promotional material together with MarComm teams and our Product Manager. (catalogues / wikis / webpage content / FAQs / manuals / sales presentations)
- Sales strategy development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional activities for implementation in the sales organizations.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product management and our sales teams to understand product features, benefits, and competitive advantages, and effectively communicate these to the sales team and potential clients.
- Sales experience: Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in servo drives, mechatronics, robotics, or related industries.
- Technical knowledge: Understanding of high-performance motion control drive technology that can be applied in robotics and robotic like applications, with the ability to articulate technical features to potential clients. A relevant university degree in engineering is an advantage.
- Communication skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
- Team player attitude: Drive collaboration, understanding and agreement rather then pushing for short term wins.
- Willingness to travel internationally
