Koordination und Optimierung operativer Prozesse,
Proaktive Kommunikation mit Zenjobbern (telefonisch & per E-Mail)
Nutzung und Pflege verschiedener Tools: AirCall, Google Suite, Slack und interne Systeme.
- Erfahrung in der operativen Kapazitätsplanung oder im kurzfristigen Staffing.
