- Supervisor of a production shift (filling/processing), acting as the contact person for the warehouse Greven / Technology in the absence of department heads
- Responsible for the output quantities of the lines/units
- Ensuring information flow across 3 shifts
- Ensuring the effectiveness of the HACCP concept
- Ensuring the quality of the products produced and compliance with quality standards (including foreign object management)
- Responsible for checking line documentation
- Reducing downtime and waste through the use of KVP tools, actively participating in the KVP process
- Active involvement in production
- Employee training
- Reporting machine damage and assisting in repairs
- Responsibility for compliance with all safety regulations and cleanliness
- Creating and implementing training plans for new employees with the department head
- Carrying out inventory work
- Completed vocational training, ideally with further training (master/technician) in the food sector
- Leadership experience desirable
- Organizational talent characterized by open communication and assertiveness
- High level of commitment and a responsible, independent, and team-oriented attitude
- MS-Office skills: Outlook, Word, Excel
- Mandatory: Willingness to work in 3 shifts
